Privacy policy

What this installation keeps about an account, who else sees it, and how to get it back or have it deleted.

In force since Version 1.0

This policy explains what this installation keeps about you, why it keeps it, and what you can ask for. It is written for the person using the product, not for a lawyer, though a lawyer should read it before it is published.

Who is responsible

This installation is run by [entity], [address]. The law it is read under is the law of [country].

What is kept

An account. The address you signed up with, your name if you gave one, and a record of when you signed in. Passwords are not stored here: the sign-in provider holds a hash of them, and nobody at this installation can read it.

What you make. Your conversations with the assistant, the projects and the code in them, the images you generate, and the things you save to your library. These exist because they are the product, and deleting them is deleting the account's work.

What you use. A row for every turn you send, carrying the model, the tokens and the credits it cost. This is how an allowance is measured, and it is why usage cannot be reset without losing the thing that stops an allowance being spent twice.

What you tell us. Messages you send through the feedback form, with the screen you were on, so a report can be reproduced.

Who else sees it

No one buys it and no one gets it for advertising. It is handed to the services this installation is built on, only to the extent each one is needed:

  • The database provider, which stores everything listed above.
  • The sign-in provider, which holds credentials.
  • The model provider you are talking to, which receives your message and the conversation around it in order to answer. Which provider that is depends on the model selected, and the administrator of this installation decides which models are offered.
  • The email provider, which sends mail such as a reply to feedback.
  • The payment provider, if you pay for a plan, which handles the card. Card numbers never reach this application.
  • The image storage this installation is configured with, which holds generated pictures.

How long it is kept

While the account exists. When an account is deleted, its conversations, projects, images, library and usage rows go with it, and a copy may survive in a backup for up to 30 before that backup is overwritten.

What you can ask for

Write to hello@jerrizz.com and ask for a copy of what is held about you, a correction, or the deletion of the account and everything in it. Deletion is done from the product itself, and the same address works if you cannot reach the account. The reply comes from a person, not an autoresponder.

Changes to this page

When the words here change, the version and the date at the top of the page change with them. Previous versions are listed above so you can see what you agreed to.

What is not here yet

This installation does not run analytics or advertising scripts, and it does not sell anything about you. If that ever changes, this page changes first.

This version

Version 1.0, in force since 6 October 2026.
