Refund policy
How a payment is given back, and how long that takes.
In force since Version 1.0
This policy says how money paid to this installation is given back.
What can be refunded
A plan period that has not been used can be refunded in full when the request arrives within fourteen days of the payment, and when the allowance for that period has not been spent. Once allowance has been spent, the period has been partly used, and what comes back is the unused part rather than all of it.
A duplicate payment, or a payment taken after a cancellation, is refunded in full. A payment for a period that has already ended cannot be refunded, but write to hello@jerrizz.com if you think something went wrong.
What cannot
Allowance already spent on model calls cannot be turned back into money: the provider has been paid for it, and this installation cannot unspend it. Goodwill credit is not cash and is not refundable.
How to ask
Write to hello@jerrizz.com from the address on the account, with the date and the amount. A person answers, usually within one working day. If the payment was taken by a payment provider, the refund goes back the same way it arrived, to the same card or account.
How long it takes
The refund is issued within five working days of being agreed. How fast it appears after that is the card issuer's or bank's, and it is commonly another five to ten working days.
If a period is cancelled
Cancelling stops the next payment and leaves access until the end of the period already paid for. That period is not automatically refunded, because it is still being used. Asking for a refund of it is a separate request, and the rules above decide it.
When the law gives you more
Nothing in this policy takes away a right you have under the law of [country], including any right to cancel a purchase made at a distance.
