Terms of service
The agreement between whoever runs this installation and the person using it.
In force since Version 1.0
These terms are the agreement between [entity], [address], and you, for the use of this installation. By using it you accept them. If you do not, the way out is to stop using it and delete your account.
What you are being given
Access to the product, on the plan you have chosen, for as long as the plan lasts. Plans differ by what they allow in a period rather than by what features are switched on, which is what the pricing page describes.
Your account
You are responsible for it and for keeping your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what is done through it. Tell hello@jerrizz.com if you think somebody else has it.
What you make
What you build with the product is yours. This installation claims no ownership of your conversations, projects or images, and does not use them to train anything of its own.
What you pay
Prices are on the pricing page, in the currency shown there, and are charged in advance through the payment provider. An allowance is a period, not a bank: unused allowance does not roll into the next one and is not refunded at the end of a period. Refunds are handled by the refund policy.
Availability
The product is provided as it is. It is a service built on other services, and any of them can slow down or stop for reasons this installation does not control. There is no promise of uninterrupted service, and there is no promise that a model offered today will be offered tomorrow: the administrator decides which ones appear, and a provider can retire one without asking anybody here.
What is not allowed
The acceptable use policy is part of these terms. Breaking it is breaking them.
Ending it
You can delete your account at any time. Access can be suspended for a breach of these terms, for a payment that fails, or because keeping the installation running for an account would break the law. Where a suspension is not about abuse, you get told why.
Limits on what this installation owes you
To the extent the law allows, what is owed for a claim about the product is limited to what you paid for the period in which it happened. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded, including for death, personal injury or fraud.
Which law applies
The law of [country], and its courts, unless the law where you live gives you a stronger right to sue there.
Changes to these terms
The version and date at the top of the page change whenever the words do, and previous versions are listed above. Continuing to use the product after a change means accepting it.
This version
Version 1.0, in force since 6 October 2026.
